Dealer may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who searched for a particular vehicle, for example, or how many users clicked on a particular link. Such information does not identify you individually. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Dealer may sell some or all of its assets in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other transaction. In such an event, your personal data may be part of that transaction.Ā
